Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Hank’s Games (“we,” “us”) runs the website at hanksgames.com. This is a small, free games site made with young children in mind, and it is built to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, what we don’t, and how advertising and cookies work on the site.

The short version

No accounts, no logins, no chat, and no sign-up. We don’t ask children for names, emails, or any personal details. The only things stored about your play are three initials and a score (if you reach a leaderboard), plus a couple of anonymous totals. The one area where outside data may be used is advertising, described below — and because this is a site directed to children, we require advertising to be non-personalized.

What we store

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and there is no way on the site for anyone to submit personal information to us.

Cookies and advertising

To help cover the cost of running the site, Hank’s Games may display advertising provided by Google AdSense. When ads are shown, please be aware that:

You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps (google.com/policies/privacy/partners). You can review and control your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

Hank’s Games is treated as a child-directed website under the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we require any advertising on the site to be served in a non-personalized, child-directed manner as described above. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Analytics

Beyond the anonymous visitor and play counters described above, we keep this site deliberately light on tracking. If we add any analytics in future, we will update this policy and keep any such measurement anonymous and aggregate.

Links to other sites

Ads and occasional links may lead to websites we don’t control. This policy only covers Hank’s Games; other sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage grown-ups to review them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
